About Urvashi Sindhi

My Healing Journey

I have always been drawn to nature — to the quiet language of plants, the grounding energy of soil, and the feeling that certain spaces can change the way we breathe, think and feel.

My journey began through landscape design, where I learned to create spaces that are not only beautiful, but alive. Over time, I began to understand that a garden is more than a collection of plants. It can become a sanctuary — a place to pause, reconnect and come back to yourself.

This curiosity led me deeper into the world of energy, healing and ancient wisdom. My own experiences became a doorway into exploring practices such as Shamanism, Akashic work, energy healing, Access Bars and animal communication.

I began to see healing not as something that fixes us, but as a process of remembering who we are beneath the noise, conditioning and experiences we carry.

Nature became my greatest teacher.

The soil taught me grounding.
The seasons taught me that change is natural.
Plants taught me patience and resilience.
Animals taught me presence, trust and unconditional connection.
And life taught me that sometimes the deepest transformation happens quietly, within.

Today, my work brings together two worlds that have always felt connected to me — the healing power of nature and the healing of the self.

Through my work, I create spaces and experiences that invite people to slow down, reconnect and listen inward — whether through a thoughtfully designed garden, an energy-healing session, animal communication or spiritual exploration.

I don’t believe there is one path to healing.

I believe there is your path.

And sometimes, all we need is a little space, a little grounding, and someone to gently remind us that the answers we are searching for may already be within us.

This is my journey from gardens to inner gardens — from creating spaces outside, to discovering the sacred spaces within.
